What we collect and why
Ordering a report: email address, town or market requested, language. Used to produce and deliver the report and send you the emails about your order. Legal basis: performance of the contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
Payment: handled directly by Stripe; ImmoGen never receives your card details.
Downloading a sample: email address and the name of the sample downloaded, to know who is interested in the service and to be able to contact you about it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f). No newsletter is sent without your consent.
Emails you send: their content, to answer you.
The town name is sent to the AI model that writes the report; your email address and other personal data are not. No profiling, no sale of data.
Recipients and processors
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland): payment. Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting. Microsoft Azure (Netherlands): order processing and report storage. Resend, Inc. (USA): sending emails. Anthropic (USA): writing the report, with no personal data. Google Ireland Ltd: ad measurement, only if you accepted cookies.
Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, depending on the provider, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
The download link expires after 7 days; the report file is deleted 30 days after it is created.
Order data is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records (10 years). Addresses linked to sample downloads are kept for at most 3 years after the last contact.
Cookies and local storage
Only with your consent, the site loads the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd), which sets cookies to measure which ads lead to an order (order amount and reference). Without consent, nothing is sent to Google. You are asked on your first visit and can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. The site sets no other analytics or advertising cookies.
Your language choice and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage (keys "lang" and "immogen-consent") and stay on your device. The payment page, hosted by Stripe, uses its own cookies needed for payment security.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability.
To exercise them, write to contact@immogen.io; you will receive an answer within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Reports are stored in a private space and can only be reached through a signed, temporary link.
